We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional shipping charges calculated at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally but are working on it.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items such as custom-cut strip lights are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account and navigate to your order history, or contact our support team with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective items. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What does color temperature (Kelvin) mean?

Color temperature describes the appearance of the light. Lower values (2700K-3000K) produce warm, yellowish light similar to incandescent bulbs. Mid-range (4000K-4500K) is neutral white, great for offices and retail. Higher values (5000K-6500K) produce cool, daylight-like light ideal for warehouses, workshops, and security lighting.

What is an IP rating?

IP (Ingress Protection) ratings indicate how well a fixture resists dust and water. IP65 means fully dust-tight and protected against water jets -- suitable for most outdoor applications. IP66 handles powerful water jets. IP67 can withstand temporary submersion.

How do I know what wattage I need?

It depends on the application and mounting height. As a general rule: for a parking lot at 20-foot pole height, plan for 150-300W LED fixtures every 40-60 feet. For a warehouse at 20-foot ceiling, 150W high bay fixtures spaced every 20 feet typically provide 50+ foot-candles. Contact us for a free lighting layout.
